What payment methods can I use?

All Transactions Are Conducted in USD

You can choose from the following payment methods:

* Rosin Technologies, Inc. Fraud Prevention Policy requires that all orders paid with American Express credit cards must be shipped to the billing address listed for the card being used.  Rosin Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that is not being shipped to the original billing address.


Direct Deposit or Wire Transfer

Direct Deposits or Wire transfers are not directly handled on our website. Please contact info@RosinTechnologies.com for more information on sending Rosin Technologies a Direct Deposit or Wire Transfer payment.

Additional bank fees that may apply are the sole responsibility of the customer.

*Note: All Wire Transfers Must be completed within Seven Business Days


Why do I have to notify American Express if I want my order shipped to a different address?

This is a policy from American Express that must be adhered to both by Rosin Technologies, Inc. and American Express customers. It is done to protect you from fraudulent use of your credit card account. It is in your best interest to call American Express and notify them of your other delivery address so your order can be authorized and shipped to you as quickly as possible.

If you do not call AMEX to notify them that you are using a different shipping address for an order, your order may be delayed. Our Credit Department will place the order on hold and call the billing contact for the AMEX card. If the billing contact person cannot be reached to verify the order, your order may be delayed.


Do you accept PayPal?

No - We currently do not accept PayPal payments.


Can I pay using a Money Order?

Yes - follow normal checkout procedures. You will have the option to choose Money Order as payment. Please email info@RosinTechnologies.com or call us at (951) 547-5890 and confirm that you have sent your money order payment within 24 hours.  If Rosin Technologies, Inc. does not receive your money order payment within 7 business days, your order will be cancelled. 

We only accept Money Orders or Cashier’s Check for payment. No Personal Checks will be accepted.  Money Orders must be in USD Funds.


Failed or Declined Payments

If you need help with a failed payment that is pending in your bank account, your answer is here!


Please do not panic, these are temporary authorizations, they will not post. If you tried to make a payment to us, and received a message that the payment failed but you still see a charge on your account from Rosin Technologies, it means that the banking system has put a temporary hold on the funds. The failed payment is a pending transaction that will never go through.


Most holds in the USA will drop off in about 2 to 3 business days, but sometimes it takes longer. Most holds outside of the USA will drop off in 3 to 5 business days.


Each time you make a payment attempt and the payment attempt fails or declines, a warning message from our site pops up saying you that there will be a temporary authorization on the funds.


The most common reasons that you will receive a payment-failed message are:

1.  Your billing address and/or zip code does not match what is on file with your financial institution.

2.  Your CVV code is incorrect

3.  Your transaction was declined by your financial institution.


If you tried to pay multiple times, and received the message that the payment failed multiple times, you may see multiple holds on your funds.  These charges are all pending, and will not go through. The transactions may show up as pending transactions on your credit card or bank statement until Authorized.net and your financial institution release the holds on the amounts.


We Aggressively Prosecute Credit Card Fraud

Credit card fraud has increased over the past several years. Luckily, our local police force includes smart, dedicated, hard-working detectives that work with us and other law enforcement organizations to aggressively prosecute fraud.  The local detectives work with law enforcement agencies anywhere in the world to bring criminals to justice. If the authorities or Internet service provider at the destination do not cooperate, our local detectives will contact the next higher level of law enforcement to gain cooperation or they will subpoena records themselves. Social media and other organizations have also been utilized to help identify suspects. (Did we mention that these detectives were smart?) It's amazing what thousands of eyes and ears can discover. Why do we expend such effort to fight fraud? We do it so that we won't have to raise prices to cover losses caused by fraud. We don't want our honest customers, racing on a tight budget, to have to bear the cost. We believe that if all companies followed our example, credit card fraud would be significantly reduced.


Note:  Rosin Technologies, Inc. in cooperation with various law enforcement organizations, has another very effective way to deal with attempted credit card fraud. However, if we said anything more about this method, it would no longer be effective.
